Occupy the Fed!

Despite the current establishment thesis that the Occupy Movement had no staying power and was just a flash in the proverbial monopoly capitalist pan, Occupy is the best thing to happen to this country since the IWW. For decades, what passed for an American “left” remained mired in bouts of single-issue turf wars wrapped in phony political correctness.

The leaderless Occupy has obliterated the hierarchical power pyramid which progressives had merely copied from the monopoly capitalist society they were surrounded by. Real change can never occur when such fear-based models prevail.

Most significant is that Occupy has changed the national conversation, reclaiming our much abused language and vocabulary from a three-decade onslaught of Orwellian doublespeak brought to you by corporate America and their sycophant media subsidiaries.

Americans had come to embrace outrageous idioms that held Newt Gingrich to be a “revolutionary”, welfare mothers as the root of our budget woes and the “free market” as savior of all humanity.

Then one day in a park in New York City, a courageous handful of desperate and indebted youth poured icy cold water on this multibillion dollar psyops program. And the conversation changed.

Suddenly, financially stressed Americans weren’t talking anymore about suspicious Muslims, evil socialism, Octomom, OJ or the need to cripple our government (democracy). They were talking about the 1% who had eaten their lunch. They were confronting those who, in the words of Al Sharpton, have “blueberry pie all over their face”.

Ideas matter. But equally impressive has been the Occupy target list, consisting of Wall Street and the global mega-banks who preside over this den of upward wealth redistribution and never-ending class war on the poor and middle class.

Occupy protests have focused on the Four Horsemen of Banking (see my May 25, 2011 column) – Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Wells Fargo.

For far too long, progressives had focused on single issues or corporations when airing their grievances. But when one connects the dots it becomes apparent that these banks, along with vampire squids Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, are behind every single social and economic ill we experience.

Now it’s time to take the fight one more step up the economic food chain.

It’s time to Occupy the Federal Reserve and every other private central bank in the world. (See my 5-part series “The Federal Reserve Cartel”, beginning June 1, 2011).

Concurrently, Occupy should turn its wrath towards the Eight Families who own the majority of the Fed and all the world’s private central banks. Protestors should go straight to their palatial mansions and set up camp.

Notice has been given.

If your name is Rothschild, Rockefeller, Goldman Sachs, Lehman, Warburg, Israel Moses Seif, Lazard or Kuhn Loeb the gig is up. Your centuries of pillaging the planet for personal enrichment are coming swiftly to an end.

Be afraid. Be very afraid!

  2. AT LAST! Americans have awakened. Those of us who protested in the 1960s had thought we Americans had become too indoctrinated and lazy. Like always, the young have been the first, and now the nation can begin to understand the injustices perpetrated by those in power and, hopefully, do something about it. Please support the “Rebuild the American Dream” and the Progressive Caucus in Congress.

  3. Now that we know the Federal Reserve is a privately owned, for-profit corporation, a natural question would be: who OWNS this company?
The Lazard Brothers – Paris Israel Seiff – Italy Kuhn-Loeb Company – Germany 6) The Warburgs – Amsterdam ) Hamburg Lehman Brothers – New York ) Goldman & Sachs – New York ) The Rockefeller Family – New York, 1) The Rothschild Family – London 2) The Rothschild Family – Berlin 3)

  4. There’s common cause, if you care to find it, on the Old Right. The Tea Party (as it was before it was infiltrated)/Freedom Movement, are friends on this matter, if you care to present yourselves as such.

The National Debt (ours and Europe’s) benefits the Fed, the Bank of Europe and the 4 Horsemen of Banking. This, not abortion or gay marriage; not Casey Anthony or Octomom is the biggest issue of our time. Put aside our trite differences to end the Fed, and free ourselves. We can sort out the rest of our differences later. They want us to be divided.

Wow delusional much Dean? This nightmare is not going to end anytime soon. They are coming for our guns, our Southern Border is as wide open as ever, food prices are about to skyrocket and the DHS is sitting on 1.5 billion rounds of ammo. In addition the Dear Leader is unleashing his attack dog Eric “My People” Holder to go after any state or any person that tries to invoke the rule of the Constitution. If you honestly think that the OWS was a grass roots movement by the people you are more delusional than I thought. OWS is done, over, finished. No one talks about it anymore, and there is ZERO media coverage. Face the facts Dean ol’ buddy, the lefty liberal movement is just as controlled and satanically evil as the Right Wing Neoconservative movement.

    • I KNOW Occupy was “by the people” because I was part of it. It doesn’t matter that we’re “gone”. What matters is that we changed the tired debate forever. Might I suggest that you lose the right-wing talk radio and the gloom and doom cynicism, and get out and do something for the betterment of humanity. Action towards change on a regular basis breeds hope. Your resignation to the purported “all-powerful” forces won’t do us much good. Don’t care about your politics as much as I do about playing to win, not being victims. Sorry if you consider that delusional. I call it reality.

      • Thank you Dean,
I too am in that database… thank you for having the guts of our fore fathers to stand up to the “Red Coats”. I too am doing so as are many who are waking up. I have a Facebook site that is dedicated to exposing this corruption as I was a first hand witness of it while working at the FRB myself. This is NOT hear say to me it is fact and experience. Thanks for the article and keep them coming… I am posting it on my site,.

      • Thanks, Dean, for your continued great work. Progressives must realize that progress comes way too slowly. We must NEVER give up. That’s what those in power hope we will do. The military-industrial-corporate-media+ complex does not have complete control over our lives. In my early protest years, 1960s, we had the “underground press” – opposing war, encouraging equality, and promoting socially progressive issues. We still have an “alternative” media and now a vast amount of internet sites promoting positive changes. I sign petitions every day and even have a site (petitionspeak.com). The underground press magazine I published in the 1960s hasbeen revived as TheModernUtopian.com – where FIRST STEP changes are recommended on 25 different issue. The media may not give the Occupy movement any attention but it is an example of the ground swell that is slowing occurring once again, just as the anti-war protests did in th 60s. Perseverance!

  6. Actually Occupy is alive and well on Staten Island, the Jersey Shore and Brooklyn in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, doing the work that FEMA and the Red Cross were supposed to do.

There are over 1000 Urban Gardens in the New York City area. In the days before Sandy hit, they harvested and stored what they could of donated produce. Many Occupy people are also involved with the local food movement.

The day after, in the wake of the storm, Occupy Sandy was on the ground, serving hot meals….for days before the “relief workers: arrived. Occupy helped and is helping with demolition, reconstruction, materials requisition, warm clothing, blankets, transportation and food.

When the FEMA guys finally showed up, they did not have a clue as to where to begin. Occupy people had already begun to map out where and what kind of assistance was needed.

They worked along side Church groups, Labor Unionists and the Boy Scouts.
There was a really funny video of some folks in their blue jackets with big yellow FEMA letters, lining up at an Occupy Sandy soup kitchen, waiting for lunch. If anyone finds that video on the net or has downloaded it, I’d love a copy.

If you want to know where Occupy went…..well, look around…
they’re us! The seeds were sown in town squares across American back in September of ’11. Strong trees are growing.

Motto being” In each other we trust.”

  7. I worked at the Federal Reserve Bank as well as CitiBank, Capital One, Santander Bank as well as a large Pharma Corp (ABSG) in an IT Security role with required access to computer systems and executives even being in the room at the FRB many times while they had teleconferences with their sophisticated video com encrypted systems… I witnessed MUCH and am happy to hear the rest of the US is waking up… unplugging from the BS Main Stream Media and getting angry as they should. Banksters have made us ALL SLAVES for over a generation… some of them call it “Slavery by consent”. They use L vs R and Rep vs Dem to keep us divided so the 99% does not focus on the 1%… I started a Facebook site exposing the corruption long ago. Please visit my link and support others doing the same… including people like Dean Henderson World Press for having the guts to publish these types of articles. Spread the word to friends and family that are still asleep. I have video’s that explain HOW the corrupt banking system works… and it will TICK THEM OFF!

  8. In a true revolution of thought and purpose the destruction of banking (creating money out of thin air) and wage setting inequality will and must be the first and foremost rectified destructive force. Only by chaining up and throwing into the Abyss the mentality of money as the creative force behind human expansion can we heal as the human race and flourish in our future. What came first money or the wheel?

  9. many thanks for posting your incredibly informative material.
have spent the past few years trying to come to grips with who is really behind the mayhem and suffering of humanity.
i recently stumbled onto a site that accurately confirmed my own independent findings AND added some incredible new info that allowed me to connect a few more dots and gain even “shock and awe” at te scope of the conspiracy:
    http://newtomorrow.us/main.html
have come to the conclusion that only a big shift in our collective consciousness(which is happening now) has the potential
to affect a significant, nonviolent change in the status quo.
the struggle,i hope, will play out more on the spiritual plane as TPTB are actively seeking more war and civil confrontation in your country.
    cheers
